Metro Animal Shelter
Are you looking for a big sweet dog to keep watch over your farm? Then I'm the perfect dog for you!My name is Ceyda, and I came into the shelter as a stray earlier this month, after being found wandering near the industrial area of Sumner. My owners have not been located, and the nice people at the shelter have said that I'm ready to find an amazing new family.I love to be outside and to lay in the sun, and the staff here at the shelter describe me as "sweet with people" and "submissive". I am an Anatolian Shepherd - that means I'm a really big dog that has been bred to watch of livestock/flocks. Anatolian Shepherds are known for being very loyal and intelligent, and I agree! As a dog that loves being outside and room to roam, I would do best in a home that has a really big yard or lots of property. I don't know how to use a leash yet and with my herding nature, I am very sad to be in a kennel at the shelter. My friends here are really hoping that I find a new family fast -- could that be you?Come meet Ceyda and our other furry friends at the Metro Animal Shelter in Puyallup. We are open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All adoptions include spay/neuter, microchip, and license, and we strive to have some of the lowest adoption fees in the region. ...
