My buddies at the shelter have named me Balsa, because like the tree I am named after, I love to be out in nature! I was picked up along Shaw Road in Puyallup as a stray dog a couple of weeks ago, and have been patiently waiting at the shelter for someone to come get me. So now I’m ready to say goodbye to the shelter and hello to my new home.I’m the perfect mix of German Shepherd and Alaskan Husky, just right for snuggling and playing. At only 9 months old, I love people and especially other dogs - - I want to be friends with everybody!I’m still a big puppy at heart, so I’m hoping to find a forever family that likes to play outdoors.
