PetPoint Online Service Issue

We are aware of an issue affecting access to the PetPoint online service. Some users may receive a message stating that their browser is not accepting cookies when attempting to use the service.

The issue is affecting users on a variety of devices and Internet connections and does not appear to be related to Metro Animal Services’ systems or networks.

We have reported the issue to PetPoint support and are awaiting additional information. We will provide an update when more information or a resolution is available.

Metro Animal Services is a partnership that shelters, protects and unites the pets and people of seven cities in eastern Pierce County and southern King County.  Metro is operated by the City of Sumner and utilizes a shelter provided by the City of Puyallup.  The Cities of Algona, Bonney Lake, Edgewood, Milton and Pacific participate by interlocal agreement.
